Synopsis:
The Trolls are small, colorful creatures who love to sing, dance, hug, and having fun all day. When the Trolls are kidnapped by the Bergens, mean creatures who can only feel happy by eating Trolls, carefree Princess Poppy teams up with cautious Branch to rescue them. The two are complete opposites, but they set out on a musical adventure that brings them together as friends despite their differences.
Questions to Ask Your Children:
- When the Bergens came to get the Trolls many of them felt scared. What can you do when you feel scared?
- Almost all of the Trolls love to give hugs! Branch does not like hugs. Since Poppy and Branch are good friends they should respect each other and what they like. If Branch does not like hugs how can Poppy show other ways she cares for him?
- Branch sings about his “True Colors” which is how he feels inside. What are some of your true colors? How are you feeling now? How do you feel at school?
